Try to stay away from caffeinated beverages, as they can add to your dehydration.

Stay Cool Without the Pool

Pools – as well as lakes, streams and oceans – can contain high levels of bacteria, that can lead to post-operative infections. To protect yourself from infections, be sure to stay cool without the pool. Get Out for Some Early Morning Walks
